In the academic conference hosted by Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, Professor Kiyoshi Ando of Tokai University School of Medicine presented the coach training program for medical professionals developed jointly with COACH A Co., Ltd.
The Coaching Research Institute has done collaborative research on "Identification of communication skills that improve patient safety culture: analysis of a training program for university hospital staff." with Tohoku University Graduate School and has presented the research paper in the Japanese Journal of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Science(2017).
he Coaching Skills Evaluation System (CSES) is a web-based system used by more than 2,500 coaches in 28 different countries to evaluate the effects of coaching. Using CSES results, we have examined the characteristics of executives who have experienced high levels of success as a result of executive coaching, also examining the executive coaching itself.
