Clarify the relation between communication skills and patients' safety culture.
Candidates
57 full-time workers at University hospital and 285 people who are in relation to them.
How
We have conducted communication skill training based on coaching. Then we saw before and after the training if there was any difference in communication style and patient safety culture.
